Early Arrival Information

Early Arrival for Domestic Students:

早到 is available for students who need to be on campus for a mandatory school related function prior to move-in days of August 15-16, 2023.  Due to limited staffing and availability, there is a review process for students to ensure that only those who are required to be on campus are approved for early 到来.  Students may apply for early 到来 on the 住房 portal, by logging into your housing portal application and picking “Requests” at the top and then picking “早到."办理登机手续 early 到来 is August 12, 2023 from 1pm to 5pm and the cost is based on the daily rate of your room type.  早到 is open to apply for starting July 3, 2023 and the deadline to apply is July 28, 2023.  You must already be assigned a room space for Fall 2023 in order to apply for 早到.  You will be notified by August 5, 2023 if you are approved for 早到.  Please direct any questions to uhs-frontdesk@nrs-sh.com

早到 is available for students who need to be on campus for a mandatory school related function prior to move-in days of August 15-16, 2023.  Due to limited staffing and availability, there is a review process for students to ensure that only those who are required to be on campus are approved for early 到来.  Students may apply for early 到来 on the 住房 portal, by logging into your housing portal application and picking “Requests” at the top and then picking “早到."办理登机手续 early 到来 is August 6, 2023 from 1pm to 5pm, and then August 7th – 14th in the evening hours, and the cost is based on the daily rate of your room type.  早到 is open to apply for starting July 3, 2023 and the deadline to apply is July 28, 2023.  You must already be assigned a room space for Fall 2023 in order to apply for Early 到来.  You will be notified by August 5, 2023 if you are approved for 早到.
